Meet Brandon Vance
Candidate for Register of Deeds

After graduation from River Valley High School, I pursued a professional real estate focused career. Attending Central Michigan University, I earned a bachelor’s degree majoring in Entrepreneurship and minors in Real Estate Development and Finance and Business Administration.
My background is very unique and tailored to fit perfectly with the Register of Deeds office. I have many years of experience in the real estate industry that has provided me the good fortune of learning the who, what, where, when, and whys of property records. I believe it is extremely important and a necessity to have a land historian (a/k/a Register of Deeds) who can understand the importance and reasoning behind each resident and business need for accessing and recording land records.
In addition to an excellent real estate background, I proudly served in the Michigan Army National Guard for six years. I was able to achieve the rank of Sergeant as a generator repairer within a short 3 years. This was an invaluable experience that I will always be grateful for.
The seven core Army values have always been important to me and I promise to uphold those same values once I am elected as the next Berrien County Register of Deeds. These values spell out LDRSHIP and my pledge to you is an unbreakable commitment to a leadership style you can be proud of. The seven core Army values are:
• Loyalty • Duty • Respect • Selfless Service • Honor • Integrity • Personal Courage •
These are all qualities we should strive to find in our elected officials.
Vote for me, Brandon Vance, as the next Register of Deeds.
I have these qualities.
